Crush the peaches but take care that the stones are undamaged. Then add a litte bit water, app. a third of the whole, add the yeast and 3kg sugar for 20 litre mash. The product will be great!

I was just wondering if the peaches to be used should be firm or a little over ripe.The recipe looks simple and Iam going to give it a shot.
